About Me

I am a mom of 4 who managed to have the last three babies in 33 months. After 9.5 years working and traveling for my corporate job something broke inside of me. The burn out was so real, even though I had the most supportive boss and coworkers. It became clear that this work was not my purpose, so over the course of my maternity leave I made it my job to find my purpose and pursue it like a well trained hound. After months of self help books, podcast, and hitting rock bottom, I finally started to see the light. I leaned on the various tools and tricks that I have learned over the years as a nerd for human optimization and slowly but surly pulled myself out of the darkest depression and into the most beautiful new life. My goals are to help lighten your load through my private "dump sessions", to fill your body with the energy it needs to heal in my Reiki Sessions, and to hold your hand through the process of transformation with my Accountability and Support Check ins through email and SMS messaging soon! I am currently studying to become certified to offer Cacao Heart Opening Ceremonies along with aquiring my master Reiki certification to be able to work with clients around the globe.
